Information we process
- Account information: your email address, password hash, account identifiers and preferences. Passwords are stored as hashes, not as readable account passwords.
- Creative content: project names, prompts, uploaded images and documents, references, edits, generated files and their versions.
- Service records: task status, credit reservations and transactions, model usage, cost records and request identifiers used to deliver results and investigate problems.
- Technical and support information: connection and security information, such as IP addresses and request details handled by our hosting and network services, and messages you send to support.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate your account, save your work, run requested operations, show task and credit history, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures and respond to support requests. Your uploaded material is not a public gallery submission. Access to project files through Renderov requires account authorization.
Services that process data
Renderov uses AWS infrastructure to host the service and Cloudflare for network delivery, security and support-email routing. Support messages are forwarded to the operator’s Gmail inbox, where Google processes them as part of its email service.
If you select an AI model, the information necessary for the operation is sent to the corresponding provider. Current integrations include OpenAI and fal.ai. Image generation sends your prompt and settings; image editing also sends the source image and any selected mask. Provider processing is subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy practices. We do not promise that provider-side retention or deletion is identical to Renderov’s.
Infrastructure and providers may process information outside your country. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in prompts, uploads or support messages.
Cookies and browser storage
The renderov_session cookie maintains your sign-in session for up to seven days. Logging out invalidates the session. The i18n_redirected cookie remembers your chosen language for up to one year. Browser session storage also keeps certain drafts and pending-request details so work can be recovered after navigation or a page refresh. On a shared device, sign out and close the browser session when finished.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand website visits and navigation. Google processes browser and device information and analytics identifiers. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and your consent choice last up to six months. The shared Google tag loads only after Google Analytics permission or separate Google Ads permission. A saved Google Analytics choice alone does not grant Google Ads permission. Measurement excludes pages with unrecognized URL parameters, fragments or private resource identifiers, and remains paused after visiting such a page until the next full page load. Telegram Mini App is excluded. Declining does not restrict access. You can change your analytics choice at any time. Withdrawal stops further collection and removes analytics cookies on this site; it does not erase data already processed by Google. See Google’s privacy policy.
Retention and requests
Projects, content and task history are stored to keep your workspace available. The service does not currently provide a universal automatic deletion period or a self-service account-deletion workflow. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion. We will verify the account and explain what can be removed and whether any security, transaction or backup records need to be retained. Deleting information from the active application does not necessarily delete all backup or provider copies immediately.
Payments
PayHot processes live payments for Renderov. Order preparation and verification process the order identifier, selected package, amount, currency and provider status. Payment details are entered on the payment provider’s checkout page; Renderov receives the payment status. Never email full card details, passwords or private keys.

Service terms, delivery & refunds
Email preferences and delivery
News, product updates and offers are optional. We record your choice, when it changed and whether you made it during registration, in account settings or through an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe from news without signing in. Account, security and payment messages are separate.
We use Amazon SES to send email and record sending, delivery, failed delivery and spam-complaint events. For newsletters, delivery reports may also include image loads and link clicks. These signals are approximate: automatic image loading and security scanners can generate them. We do not treat them as proof that you read a message. Password-reset messages do not use open or click tracking. We retain minimal event records rather than full tracking URLs, message contents or recipient IP addresses, and suppress further sends to addresses reported as permanently unavailable or associated with complaints.
Connected Telegram bot
You may create a Renderov account directly in the bot, or connect an existing website account with explicit confirmation. Bot-created accounts do not require an email address. We store your Telegram user and private-chat identifiers, notification and language preferences and minimal command/delivery records and your acceptance of the account terms. When you request an image in the bot, we process your description and selected settings through the same generation services as the website, and save the result in your private library. Telegram processes the messages you exchange with the bot. Account commands can show your token balance and task status in that private chat. Task notifications are optional; you can change this preference or disconnect the bot in account settings. We do not send your private prompts or generated files as part of status notifications. Connection and browser sign-in tokens are short-lived and stored only as hashes. Browser sign-in requires approval in the bot and completion in the browser that started the request.
The Mini App verifies Telegram-signed launch data and creates a separate workspace session lasting up to one hour. The browser stores its token; the server stores only hashes and minimal verification records. Raw launch data is not stored. Disconnecting Telegram or changing account credentials revokes session access.
Optional advertising measurement
Google Analytics, Google Ads and OpenAI Ads are named in the new optional measurement choice. A new acceptance enables the named services; a previous Google-only permission does not automatically enable OpenAI Ads. The request does not block use of the site and can be dismissed without granting permission. It measures visits, successful registrations, the start of checkout and confirmed purchases. When available and permitted, an opaque advertising click reference (oppref) links the event to the originating advertisement. With advertising measurement permission, server events may include SHA-256 hashes of your normalized account email and your Renderov account identifier to help match conversions. Hashing does not make these identifiers anonymous. The retention period for these matching snapshots in our delivery queue is six days; scheduled cleanup removes expired snapshots. They are removed when you withdraw permission. We recheck permission before sending. Browser and server events share an event identifier to avoid duplicate conversions. We do not include prompts, generated media, passwords or raw account contact details in the event payload. The OpenAI SDK can use first-party attribution cookies (__oppref and __obref); automatic advanced matching, when enabled in the advertising account, may include browser-hashed supported contact fields. You may withdraw advertising measurement permission using analytics preferences. Withdrawal stops subsequent collection; it cannot recall requests already sent or erase data already processed by OpenAI. Previously saved Google-only permission does not enable OpenAI Ads until you make the new combined choice. Unattributed minimal server counts for committed registrations and purchases remain separate.
Cloudflare provides an approximate country code for the initial analytics prompt: EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or unknown country. Elsewhere preferences remain available through privacy links; absence of a prompt does not grant tracking permission. A saved refusal remains effective when the country changes. Our first-party renderov_ads attribution cookie lasts up to30days; advertising preference up to six months. Recognized advertising parameters are omitted from Google Analytics page URLs.
Google Ads purchase measurement
The new explicit banner choice names Google Analytics, Google Ads and OpenAI Ads. Previously saved choices do not automatically enable Google Ads. Google Ads permission is stored separately for up to90days. With permission, the renderov_google_ads cookie retains available gclid, gbraid and wbraid click references for the same period; this context is linked to the account at registration, sign-in and checkout. Google may also store its attribution cookies (_gcl_* and _gac_*). Confirmed purchases send the monetary value, currency and unique transaction identifier. Visiting a return page or creating an unpaid order is not a purchase. Google Ads personalization and enhanced email/account matching are disabled; creative content, passwords and private page URLs are not included in conversion parameters. You can withdraw permission through analytics preferences: further sending stops and site advertising-attribution cookies are cleared. Withdrawal cannot recall requests already sent or erase data already processed by Google. Declining does not restrict Renderov; Telegram Mini App is excluded.
