This document sets out the terms on which Renderov (the “Provider”) at renderov.ai, provides online creative services to a customer. Contact: support@renderov.ai.
1. What you purchase
Renderov provides access to an online workspace for creating content with available AI tools, keeping projects and references, and downloading results. A paid plan combines a 30-day subscription with an allocation of Renderov tokens. Tokens are internal units used to pay for supported operations; they are not cryptocurrency, provider language-model tokens, an investment or a transferable payment instrument.
Each operation has a token price displayed before submission. The price depends on the selected model, operation and settings. A plan does not promise a fixed number of images, unlimited generation, identical AI results or access to future features.

These plans include your personal workspace, projects, references and result downloads. Supported AI operations are paid with tokens at the price shown before confirmation. Availability depends on the tools enabled in your account; a subscription does not guarantee access to every model or future feature. Team collaboration is not included.
The listed package prices are based in USD. For supported payments in RUB or EUR, we convert the USD price using the official daily rates of the Bank of Russia applicable to the order date (Moscow time), then round the total upward to the next whole ruble or euro; an exact whole amount is unchanged. USD-to-EUR conversion uses the ratio of the published USD/RUB and EUR/RUB rates from the same publication. On weekends and holidays, the applicable publication may have an earlier effective date. Checkout shows the final amount and payment currency before confirmation. The created order keeps that rate and amount, including when payment is resumed later. No undisclosed conversion or service charge is added afterward. If the rate cannot be verified, a new converted-price order cannot be created. Available payment currencies depend on the payment method. Additional token packages are separate orders and must state their price and quantity before purchase.
3. Ordering and acceptance
Create an account, select a plan, review its price and these terms, and pay using an available checkout method. Payment of the order constitutes acceptance of the order’s terms. Registration or browsing alone does not create a paid order. Orders can only be accepted through a checkout made available by Renderov; do not transfer funds to an address or account supplied by an unrelated third party.
There is no automatic recurring charge under this offer. Another subscription period requires a new confirmed payment. A future automatic-renewal option will require a separate explicit agreement.
4. Digital delivery and subscription period
The service is delivered electronically in your Renderov account; nothing is shipped. After payment confirmation, the subscription and included tokens are credited automatically, normally immediately and no later than 24 hours after confirmation. If delivery has not occurred within that period, contact support with the order identifier for correction or a refund under section 7.
A subscription lasts exactly 30 days from activation. An early purchase of an additional period extends access after the current paid period; its included tokens are credited upon confirmed payment. The period dates and account balance are shown in your account.
Generation tasks are processed asynchronously. Processing time depends on the selected model, queue and provider availability. A running task is not a completed result. Completed files are delivered in project history and can be downloaded. Contact support if a task does not finish or a delivered file is unavailable.
5. Tokens do not expire
Purchased tokens and tokens included with a paid subscription are non-expiring. Unused tokens accumulate and remain in your account when a subscription ends. Without payment for another period, no new subscription tokens are credited. You can use an existing balance after subscription expiry with one task running at a time; additional subscription parallel slots end with the paid period.
Tokens are reserved when a task is accepted. The accepted token cost does not change for that task. A task that fails and qualifies for release returns its reservation to the balance. Future operations may have different prices, always displayed before confirmation. Tokens cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash, except for a refund due under this agreement or applicable law. Test or promotional balances are identified separately and do not represent a customer payment.
6. Use of the service
Keep your account secure and upload only content you have permission to use. Do not use Renderov for unlawful content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud or infringement of others’ rights. Model safety rules may cause a request to be rejected. Review AI-generated content before using or publishing it; generation does not establish ownership of third-party rights or guarantee a particular creative outcome.
Technical incidents may temporarily affect availability. Contact support to resolve missing access, incorrect charges or unavailable results. These terms do not remove remedies available under mandatory law.
7. Refunds and cancellation
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days after payment. A package refund under this policy is available only if none of its tokens have been used. Spending even one token from that package makes it ineligible; a reservation for an active task must first be released. Welcome and administrative grants are not customer payments and are not refundable. Duplicate payments, services not provided and mandatory consumer rights may be reviewed separately by support. Requesting a refund holds the eligible package tokens while the payment provider processes the request.
Email support@renderov.ai from your account address with the order identifier, payment date and reason. Never send passwords, full card details or cryptocurrency private keys. We review requests within 10 calendar days of receipt.
Approved refunds are returned to the same account and payment method used for the original payment, not to a third party or an alternative account. The time for funds to arrive depends on the bank or payment provider. A credit adjustment or acknowledgement of your request is not confirmation of a money transfer.
Token non-expiry does not make every unused balance automatically withdrawable in money. The refund conditions above and mandatory consumer rights apply. The 14-day policy does not restrict a statutory right to cancel a service at another time; any deduction permitted by law must be supported by the applicable service and expense records. An automatic token release for a failed task is distinct from a monetary refund.
8. Personal information
See the privacy notice for account information, content sent to selected AI providers, technical data and support requests. Do not submit sensitive data unnecessary for the creative operation.
9. Changes and questions
The terms and price accepted for a paid order remain attached to that order. Future changes apply to new orders and do not retroactively remove purchased tokens or alter an accepted task quote. Contact support to resolve a service or payment question. Nothing in this agreement excludes mandatory consumer protections.
